The Metropolitan Area Youth Symphony of Orlando will host its annual Orchestral Masterworks Concert at 4pm, Sunday, February 23, at Seminole State College in Sanford.

MAYS was founded in honor of influential local youth orchestra leader, Jonathan May, and the orchestra is supported by 501c3 organization, The Jonathan May Foundation. Comprising students ages 5-22, MAYS features eight orchestras in Orlando and Lake County.

The concert will feature all four MAYS of Orlando orchestras performing selections by Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, Gershwin and more.  The concert also features four MAYS Concerto Competition winners, each of whom will perform solos with the orchestra that showcase their virtuosity.
