“The Goat or, Who Is Sylvia?”

by Darlyn Finch Kuhn on April 15, 2014

The John and Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Center will host the play “The Goat or, Who Is Sylvia?” from April 18th through May 3rd at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 with a discount available for seniors and students.

“The Goat, or Who is Sylvia?” explores the extremes of human tolerance and taboo in what has been called the “blackest of comedies and most blistering of tragedies.” What happens when a perfect, balanced and loving marriage and home is rocked by a new unconventional and impossible to understand love?
