“Award-winning journalist Brad Kuhn acknowledges that the odds of becoming a successful novelist or screenwriter are long, but there are other ways to make a living as a writer. Brad will show us “how to fish where the fish are biting,” in his workshop “So You Want to Be A Freelancer,” this Saturday, August 25 at 10:30 AM at the Ponte Vedra Library.
Brad, who has written for the Wall Street Journal, Orlando Sentinel, and Orlando Business Journal, will teach us, among other things:
1) The power of goals
2) Who’s hiring
3) What to charge
The library is an early voting site and the large meeting room will be in use, with the back doors open. Our FWA meeting will be held in the smaller room to the right, as you enter the back door. We’ll see you there.”
