Surviving to Thriving, sponsored by the Women’s Center of Jacksonville, will be held on Friday, April 26th from 6-8:30 PM at the Karpeles Manuscript Library, 101 W. 1st Street in Jacksonville.

The event is an art exhibit to showase the effects of sexual violence. All participants will express their experiences through the medium of their choice. Amy Cherie Copeland will exhibit a mixed media piece and present a monologue with two poems about her experience.

There will be light food, beer and wine by donation, and the event is not wheelchair accessible.
