Wekiva Island will host the Wekiva PaintOut from March 3 through March 8. The PaintOut will feature multiple artists each day, creating their work out in the open, in the presence of guests. The event will also host multiple events, such as tutorials or introducing new products. There will also be events and amusements that overlap at the PaintOut to ensure that there is always something going on to keep you entertained! J.S. Bach’s St. John’s Passion
Knowles Memorial Chapel will host the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park’s performance of St. John’s Passion on March 2 at 3 p.m.
The first of Bach’s great Passions, St. John’s Passion is a visceral work of raw emotion and shows Bach’s power as a composer and dramatist.

Mudslingers
The City of Orlando will host Monday art classes for children ages 3-5 from March 3 through April 7 from 10-10:30 a.m.
This program is designed to assist in the development of artistic skills through experiences with clay sculpting and manipulation in hands-on age appropriate projects. The class is structured for the child to be assisted by his or her caregiver during the sessions. All materials included.

“Digging Deeper”
Rob Lawarre will host an event entitled “Digging Deeper” at the City of Orlando’s pottery studio on March 15 and 16.
While many believe that planning is a great tool for art, imagination and improvisation is necessary. This workshop will help artists to learn how to take their inspiration and put it into physical form.
