Teri Youmans Grimm will discuss her latest collection of poems, Becoming Lyla Dore, as well as her writing and research process at an author talk from 7-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18th at the Willowbranch Branch Library, 2875 Park Street, Jacksonville, FL 32205.

The Orlando Fringe Festival 2018 will run May 15-28, and your chance to get a sneak peek happens Monday, April 16th at 7 p.m.  Twenty four local groups will perform 2-3 minute previews of their shows at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater. The 7 p.m. show is for general audiences, and later the same night, at 9 p.m. twenty four “mature audience” shows will preview. This is a great way to determine what shows you’ll want to buy tickets for, and what shows you’ll not care to watch in full. Pressure!
