Rachel Duff to Read at JaxbyJax!

Rachel Duff

Rachel Duff is an educator and writer. Her writing explores topics of feminism, family and Latinidad. She draws inspiration from the strong women who came before her, as close as her own mother and as distant as the Taína ancestors she carries in her spirit. She is also a middle school ESOL teacher and her students give her purpose everyday. Her writing can be found in Zines around the country such as St. Sucia, Yes Ma’am Zine, Indigizine, Joteria, Mujeres De Maiz, Chiflada Zine and online platforms like The Mujerista. Writing, to her, is a form of activism and a method of healing.

We are so happy she’ll read with us at the JaxbyJax Literary Arts Festival on Saturday, October 13th.

Nancy Quatrano on Birdsong

Nancy Quatrano

One of the hottest syndicated Internet talk radio shows on the air these days, is “Birdsong”, a weekly show hosted by Harvard Law School graduate, former law professor, former diplomat, and former federal prosecutor, Leonard Birdsong, JD.

The author of a successful collection of unique books that focus on dumb, weird, and zany criminal stories, Birdsong is about helping other authors, too. His interview with Nancy Quatrano, who writes murder mysteries as N.L. Quatrano, will air on TalkZone.com radio on Sunday, Sep 30 at 9:07 pm (EST).

Visit https:/www.talkzone.com/shows/LegalChannel/Birdsong to listen on Sunday or a later date. The luxury of Internet radio shows is that they’re archived and available to listeners 24/7 once recorded. Archived earlier shows are available on that same channel.
