We LOVE what Taryn “Love Reigns” Wharwood did via graphic design to make the JaxbyJax poster uniquely her own, and we predict you’ll LOVE hearing her read poetry on October 16th at the Jessie Ball DuPont Center in Jacksonville.
Wharwood’s love of poetry began with her mother, and grew when her kindergarten class had to recite a poem every day when entering school. She is co-founder of The Cypher Open Mic Poetry & Soul, Jacksonville’s longest running open mic. Her chapbook is entitled, “Random Thoughts of Reign.”

Word by Word presents Jacksonville Stories on Tuesday, September 28 from 6:30-9 p.m. at the UNF Gallery of Art.
Mark Ari will moderate a reading, Q&A, and book signings by Bill Delaney, Tim Gilmore, and Darlyn Finch Kuhn. For details and reader bios, go to: english.domains.unf.edu/wordbyword
The event is free and open to all; masks and social distancing are strongly encouraged. We hope to see you there!
