The Haiku Challenge and Spoken Word Poetry
The West Oaks Branch of the Orange County Public Library will host Elizabeth Bellinger on Saturday, April 5th at 11 a.m. as she shares her tips on writing your own haikus. Come armed with your best original haikus to share. Enjoy local spoken word poets as they demonstrate the art of spoken word poetry. Patricia Charpentier is offering conference call seminars for writers to learn approaches and techniques that will help them finish their pieces. Charpentier will host the conference calls on March 19th at 7 p.m. and March 20th at 11 a.m. both EDT.
