Out of Sight, Out of Mind: Writing in the Fictional Point of View

On June 3rd  at 6:30p.m., award-winning author and speaker Ken Pelham will show us a concise guide to understanding and mastering fictional viewpoints. Ken will show you 1) the viewpoint types and options available to you, 2) how to select the right point of view for your story, and 3) how to avoid, spot, and fix errors in viewpoint. Ken Pelham says, “You’ve got a killer plot, engaging characters, and crackling dialogue, so why does the story still make a clunking sound? The answer, sometimes not at all obvious, might be errors in viewpoint.” The meeting is held at the University Club of Winter Park and is free and open to the public.
