Tim Rumsey will host a storytelling night at Café Divina on Thursday, June 19th from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Storytellers will have up to 10 minutes to share their chilling stories with the audience. Frank Masi’s story “Shadows of War” was accepted into the FWA’s latest collection. He came in second place in the Poetry Ensemble of Orlando’s annual contest and was asked to read at the Swann/Gwendolyn Brooks reception on June 7th. Frank also won second place in the Maitland Public Library’s annual poetry contest. For more information, visit here.
Elaine Person came in second place in the Head-to-Head Haiku contest at the Orlando Fringe Festival.
