Every Wednesday is open mic poetry night at Austin’s Coffee in Winter Park, hosted by Curtis Meyers, guests and friends can share poetry or stories starting at 8 p.m. This event is always free and open to everyone.
Jersey Boys
The Florida Theatrical Association brings the musical “Jersey Boys” to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre from April 15th to April 27th.
This is the story of how four blue-collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history: The Four Seasons – Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi.

Over the River and Through the Woods
Nick, a nice, single guy, has dinner every Sunday with his four Italian grandparents. When he tells them he is moving to the west coast for a job in Seattle, they scheme to foil his plans. An endearing story with lots of laughs — it may even cause a lump in the throat.

“Forbidden Broadway’s Greatest Hits”
Winter Park Playhouse will host “Forbidden Broadway’s Greatest Hits” from April 25th through May 17th. Ticket prices range from $25-$38.
