Tuesday Voices

Seminole State College will host Tuesday Voices on March 25th at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. The event will take place in the multipurpose room at Seminole State College.

Tuesday Voices is a series of open microphone poetry forums, sponsored by the English Department of Seminole State College and The Gwendolyn Brooks Writers Association of Florida, Inc.

Julius Caesar

When men feel they can no longer trust their leader, where is the line between patriotism and personal ambition? In this profoundly moving, thrilling, and deeply human play, Shakespeare shows us a world spinning out of control igniting the fiery power of the most enduring political assassination in history.

The Orlando Shakespeare Theatre will host Julius Caesar at the John and Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Theatre from March 19th through April 20th. Tickets will range from $17-$40.

Some Assembly Required

The Orlando Ballet will perform Some Assembly Required from March 14th– March 16th at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center.

This new creation boasts Head Choreographer, Robert Hill’s craft at showcasing Orlando Ballet’s physicality in movement as an evolving process. The performance features collaborations with guest choreographers.
