Jeffery Knapp is a Humanities professor at FSCJ, a husband, a father, and a multilingual reader and writer. In his teaching he tries to make sense of the intersections of language, time, and place, and connects his students with cultures across the globe from the Neolithic to the present. In his writing he seeks to express his experience and observations of the world through the distilled language of poetry. His work has appeared in Howl! 2016, New Plains Review, Educating for Social Justice, and elsewhere.
Knapp will read at 11 AM on Saturday, December 2nd in the Main Auditorium F-128.
